PCI of Illinois and Wisconsin is a chapter of the Precast Concrete Institute (PCI). PCI-IW is dedicated to increasing the use of precast, prestressed concrete products in the Illinois and Wisconsin transportation and commercial construction markets by cooperatively marketing our member's design, manufacturing, and construction expertise.
